Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order will ship within 3 to 5 business days after being placed.
Q: When will my order arrive?
For US orders, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days from shipping. For international orders, expect your order within 6-10 business days.
Q: How do I track my order?
For letter sized mail, such as prints, you will not receive a tracking number. For packages larger than a letter, you will be emailed a tracking number from USPS within 24 hours from shipment.
Q: What’s your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at info@btstarotproject.com. Orders will be refunded on a case to case basis. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in transit, however we will do our best to ensure that your order is packed with care.
Q: How do I make changes to an existing order?
To make a change to an existing order, please email us at info@btstarotproject.com. We will do our best to make modifications to an existing order as long as it has not been shipped out yet.
Q: What shipping options do you have?
We are currently shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you require another shipping option, please contact us via email at info@btstarotproject.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to about 180 countries that USPS will deliver to. Please see the full list of countries here. If we encounter any problems shipping your international order, we will contact you via email immediately.
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
At present we do not sell gift cards.
Q: Can I receive a refund?
