LEARN TAROT THROUGH BTS (or How Pop Culture Can Help You Create a Tarot Practice)

Have you been interested in learning about tarot but didn’t know where to start? Have you ever felt that you didn’t possess the “gift” to read tarot cards? We’re here to tell you that if you are a fan of the international kpop sensation BTS, aka ARMY, or if you are a fan of any pop culture property, you already have the tools to start a tarot practice!

In this 2 hour live online course, ARMY and multi-stan Anna Grindrod-Feeny will show you how your love for any pop culture property is inherently a spiritual practice, teach you the fundamentals of tarot, and dispel any myths you may have about reading cards.

To provide a productive experience, class space is limited.

What’s covered in this course?
- Introduction to the history of tarot
- Dispelling tarot myths
- The relation between tarot and BTS/pop culture
- Overview of the Major Arcana
- Overview of the Minor Arcana
- How to do a tarot reading

What to bring?
- Your device with Google Meet downloaded
- Headphones/Earbuds
- Your note-taking preference
- Tarot Deck (optional)

Parts of this course are interactive. Participation is not mandatory and we welcome your attendance regardless.


FEES

To offer greater accessibility to this opportunity, we will be offering this course on a sliding scale. Sometimes known as “pay what you can,” we at BTS Tarot Project hope that this option will give you autonomy over price discrimination. The price scale is as follows:

Tier 1 - Low - $60
Tier 2 - Medium - $85
Tier 3 - High - $100

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We will be granting 1 full scholarship and 2 partial scholarships for this course. If you wish to be considered for this, please fill out this form. Applications will be closed on Tuesday, October 4 at 9PM EST. Awardees will be notified via email by Wednesday, October 5 at 9PM EST.

MEETING DETAILS

This live course will be held over Google Meet. Please have this app downloaded and installed on your smart device before the scheduled class time. This class will be recorded and shared for download after the conclusion of the class.

ABOUT ANNA GRINDROD-FEENY

Anna Grindrod-Feeny is a NYC based ARMY and 5th generation cartomancer. She has been with BTS Tarot Project since its inception in 2021 as a tarot reader and mentor.
