LIBRA SEASON
Jimin is our Libra sun of BTS, a light of care and kindness and dichotomy of allure and softness. Grace and sharpness balancing on scales with effervescence and honesty. He is true to who he is at each passing season. Jimin embodies the Justice card by his caring and his gentle insisting on being kind to oneself. His attention to the climates of those he loves. Jimin is the one to come running when he hears you’re crying, the one to laugh with his entire body at your cheesiest jokes.

Happy 5 years and anniversary to Love Yourself: Her, the first in BTS’ series of LY albums! This album was a turning point for BTS in some ways – the start of a new arc in their story, and sonic changes in their music.
GEMINI SEASON
Happy Gemini Season! The sun has moved into the mutable air sign of Gemini, ushering in a literal breath of fresh air following the steadiness of Taurus season. While Taurus season asks us to slow down and bask in the beauty around us, Gemini season wants to sweep us away and relish in the exciting varieties that life has to offer. As Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication and intellect, Gemini season is a time for stimulation, curiosity, and exerting our social energies, which is a welcome change after some of the recent astrology we’ve experienced.
TAURUS SEASON
Happy Taurus season! With the sun moving through this Venusian fixed earth sign we’re thinking about processes of growth. Specifically, what they feel like. The ease and pleasure of a slow stretch, seeing seedlings break out of the soul, the unfurling of a rose bud, feeling a song’s bass vibrating through your body. There’s a steadiness about Taurus that is rooted in the body, in the material of being alive. Taurus season teaches us about being meticulous without gripping; careful about our desires while giving them space.
THE HANGED MAN
The Hanged Man is card 12 of the Major Arcana, and one that I always put into context with its ensuing card-Death. Meaning, this is the soupy space we must sit in before a transformation. It is the time to invite stillness, even if it’s uncomfortable. The more we struggle, the less we hear our own inner knowing. And so, we can be curious about where this discomfort is coming from. Listen deeply in this stillness to our needs, no matter how quiet the voice. Release what isn’t working in order to make room for change.
THE LOVERS – you got me // i got you
VMin as the Lovers?? During a collective 💘lovers💘 year?* Stunning! Actually groundbreaking! We absolutely love to see it.
Number six in the major arcana – and, in many figurative decks, the first card in the deck to feature two figures – the lovers is often aligned with the mercurial duality & (self)-twinship of Gemini. Big Mikrokosmos – “you got me // I got you” – vibes.

Number two in the tarot’s major arcana, the High Priestess – also called by many the High Priestexx, to reflect the card’s openness to any & all gender identities – is (for me) absolutely an energy that Park Jimin embodies in his work, persona, & way(s) of showing up / being in the world. My advice as a “professional”* tarot reader – if you want to think about the High Priestess in the context of embodiment, and especially as a card that challenges binary oppositions – is ✨simply✨ to do yourself the favor of watching Jimin’s performance of Filter.
VENUS RETROGRADE
Venus stations retrograde at 26 degrees of Capricorn on the 19th of December, its motion appearing to reverse through the sky until the 29th of January 2022. When a planet is retrograde, linearity has less of the usual grip on its function. Instead, the motion is a kind of wandering, searching and excavating which can unearth essential hidden information.
TWO OF CUPS
Twos in tarot numerology represent duality, union, balance, and partnership. When the Two of Cups comes up for you, it can act as a mirror through which we're invited to embrace and integrate all parts of ourselves. This can happen through another person, where the relationship provides a container for recognition, mutual respect, and love. The relationship flows with ease when you're together. The Week Ahead Tarot Spread
Scorpio season is the heart of fall in the northern hemisphere. And if fall is a season of death, transition, slowing down and moving inwards in preparation for the blank slate of winter, then Scorpio (and Mars ruling this sign) embodies the art of creating stability in the liminal, of making homes for ourselves within processes of change.
